Uninstall Instructions
Express Technologies Corporation thanks you for your continuous
interest in World Watch®
for Microsoft®
Windows®.
Because of the extensive amount of new features that we have added
to the 5.0 version, it is necessary to completely uninstall the
version of World Watch®
that you are currently running.
To assist you in cleanly installing your new World Watch®
version, we have listed basic instructions in removing the version
of World Watch®
that you have on your computer.
Below is an outline of the complete uninstall procedure...
If during this procedure, you have any questions, please feel free
to contact us.
To Uninstall...
1. Close World Watch®.
2. Right click on the World Watch®
Icon located on your screen, and choose "Exit'. A warning
message will appear. Again choose "Exit".
3. Click "Start" and "Settings" and
"Control Panel". Scroll down to "World Watch®"
and click "Add/Remove".
4. Again, Click on "Start" and go into
"Programs". Make sure that you do not see "World
Watch®",
"Address Book" or any World Watch™ icons under
"Startup". If you do, please delete them.
5. Browse to your computer and Check your "C" drive in
"Program Files" and "Express Technologies".
Delete any World Watch®
file.
6. Click on "Start", and choose "Run". Type in
"regedit" and hit OK. Choose "HKey_Current
User", then "Software", and proceed to delete
anything in the "Express Technologies" folder.
Congratulations! You may now install the new version of World
Watch®.
