5. Missing MFC42.DLL problem

Uninstall World Watch from the Control Panel

(Start menu | Setting | Control Panel | then choose World Watch from the list)

Then reinstall.

Otherwise, do a windows update check up. By going to 
http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com/

Restart your machine after the update.
