B. I have upgraded
my Windows XP to Service Pack 2. Now, I cannot get the World
Watch to update my maps. What can I do? Here is the fix
for the Windows XP Security Settings section (a new part of MS
Service Pack 2). Here
are the steps to follow... 1.
Make sure to review the Windows XP Firewall, by going to Start
--> Control Panel --> Windows Firewall and verify that the
Firewall is turned "ON". (click on the images to see
larger view)
 
2.
Select the "Exceptions" tab and add the World Watch and
World Watch DLM. These files are located in the install
directory, typically c: \ Program Files \ Express Technologies\World
World Watch (watch32.exe) and c: \ program files \ Express
Techologies \ Download Manager (DLM.exe).
