6. 3D Maps and DirectX problem 

Some symptoms that had happened to some users with their 3D Maps:

• the screen is black and nothing is happening

• the screen is black, the cities are visible and moving, but no map background

We are currently still investigating this problem. The possible causes might be:

• You need Microsoft DirectX 8.1 or 9.0 on your computer that you can download from Microsoft site

• Make sure your computer has at least 128 MB memory
