1. My Custom cities on the clock bar have been appearing with a string of numerals 
    instead of their names. I have tried deleting and then reentering them but failed.

1. Remove your Download Manager 
   Start | Control Pane l| Add/Remove Program | Download Manager)
   

2. After completing the uninstall process, restart your machine.
   

3. Redownload your Download Manager (DLM) from Click here
   

4. Begin installing your DLM
   

5. Make sure that you are still connected to the internet and have your World Watch program open.
   

6. Open your Download Manager Program 
   (Start|Program | Express Technologies | Download Manager)
   

7. There are three windows (top left, top right, and bottom). On the top left window, you should see folders. The first folder is Download Manager Update. Right click on it and choose "Start to reload". This will begin to reinstall the newest update necessary for your Download Manager and World Watch.
   

8. Right click on the folder called World Watch Update. Also choose "Start to reload". If you do not see World Watch update folder, restart your machine and make sure you are connected to the internet. Redo #7 instruction.
   

9. After you done this, your World Watch's build info should be the latest Click Here
   

10. As long as you have the latest build info, this should fix your problem.
