Q: How do I get the software?
A: Once the order is processed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us, along with a download link for your World Watch Palm Version 2.0.

Q: Why do I get the message that says "You are not authorized to download World Watch Palm Version at this time"?
A: This happened when you double clicked the link directly. Cut and paste the whole link (begin from http to the end of the scrambled numbers) onto your web browser.

Q: I have downloaded the software but I got a "Fatal Error" message.
A: You are required to remove all the previous World Watch Software on your Palm. Contact us for the compatible software for your Palm.

Q: When I hotsync, I get the following message: 
      "ERROR WorldWatch Conduit   Fault Weather Condition   Fault Weather Forecast"
A: Make sure that your desktop is connected to the internet and that  the Download Manager program is running. Try to hotsync it again. If the error still occurs, try to remove the Palm program from your Palm and re-install it.
