Pre-requisites:

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Arts (other disciplines will also be considered)

You also possess excellent communication abilities (both verbal and written) and strong interpersoanl skills. Ideally you have a degree in either Computer Science or Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of software industry experience with a good understanding of the software development life-cycle, of which at least 1 year has been in leadership position so that you possess the ability to manage problems, assess risk, perform quick diagnosis and take actions that lead to desired results.

Advantageous:

• Background in web-publishing and multimedia technology (audio and video)

You will be part of a team that will perform two main roles, mainly to maintain and manage content on our clients' websites, and to perform quality control on all websites to be launched. You will also proactively review and test these sites to ensure excellent quality websites for our clients.

Pre-requisites:

• Competent in HTML, PERL, CGI

• Competency in VRML, Java, Cold Fusion will be advantageous

You have experience in managing a software development team and acquired project management experience along the way. You are capable creating the project schedule and thereafter managing all the steps of a quality software development life cycle, from creating the specifications through design to the delivery of a well tested system.

Pre-requisites:

You have a degree in either Computer Science or Engineering and a minimum of 7 years of software industry experience with a good understanding of the software development life-cycle, of which at least 2 years have been in leadership position. You have strong software language skills in C/C++ or Java use formal software engineering techniques.
